Sign-up requests

When you request a club site we store your name, club role, email address, the club's public details from the official Toastmasters directory, and a one-way fingerprint of your network address used only to limit abuse. They are used to review the request and to contact you about it.

Club sites

Each club site is a separate installation with its own database, WhatsApp connection and Google authorisation. Its administrator decides what it stores. Google access is limited to files the service creates, and tokens are encrypted.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold or shared except as needed to run the service. Rejected or removed requests are kept only as long as needed for records and abuse prevention.
